See, when we're grieving lost love (or have had some other shock to the system that puts us in a 'fight or flight' state) we're neither psychologically, nor physiologically the same.
Stress affects our appetite, our digestion, our motivation, our momentum.
And so if we're to stay fit and well, we need to take all of these things into consideration when making our food/beverage choices.
The recipes we pick out need to nourish us, of course.
But they also need to be quick and easy to make so that we don't just shut the door on our kitchens and order takeout...
